Prince:
Can appoint a Kindred as an officer of the Court (Seneschal, Sheriff, etc.) who then gains +1 dot of Status.
Can strip a Kindred as an officer of the Court who then suffers -1 dot of Status.
Can award +1 dot or strip -1 dot in Status to another Kindred. This can be done only once a night (in-game) and must be done around a gathering of other Kindred of the Court. The Prince can never award somebody with more Status than they possess, or strip somebody with greater Status, unless they have support from other Kindred with enough Status to amount to a total equivalent of the target.
Harpies:
Can award +1 dot or strip -1 dot in Status to another Kindred. This can be done only once a night (in-game) and must be done around a gathering of other Kindred of the Court. The Prince can never award somebody with more Status than they possess, or strip somebody with greater Status, unless they have support from other Kindred with enough Status to amount to a total equivalent of the target.
Camarilla Kindred:
Any Camarilla Kindred can support or oppose a Prince or Harpies move to affect Status. If enough Kindred oppose such an action, and their total combined Status is greater than those supporting the action, the attempt fails and the Prince or Harpy lose a dot in Status.
